Prices and Options for Photo Cards

If you are ordering several items please ask about quantity discounts.  

With my most popular "you print" orders you receive a digital file of a 4X6 photo birth announcement or other photo card that will allow you to print as many copies as you need. Most photo labs will print for as low as 15-19 cents per print. You can also print them at home if you have a photo printer. There is no shipping or handling on digital photo card orders. You can even e-mail the custom photo card to friends and relatives. 5x7 available upon request.

YOU PRINT ORDERS - with this option you will receive a digital file (JPEG) only. You are free to print however        
many copies you need. This is a great choice if you are in a hurry.  A JPEG file is a standard 
photo file and it can be sent  to your favourite photo lab for printing--just like a regular photo.

Option 1.        AS IS   4x6 or 5x7 digital file  $18.00 for a gallery design 
                       
Option 2.    Custom  Design  $28.00  for any size digital file.  Please allow 2-3 business days for first proof.

                       This option allows you to tell me exactly what you want. You describe it
and I create it. Your custom photo card will be designed just for you. If you don't 
know exactly what you want, don't worry. Tell me what you're thinking
and I can work with what you DO know.         

ADD a Thank You card created from any gallery design for $10.00 at time of initial order
                                                                                        
No photo? If you'd prefer a classic invitation without a photo I can create one for you.



PRINTED ORDERS:

4x6 on cardstock   $1.40 each      minimum purchase 48 cards  

5x5 flat cards - DOUBLE SIDED - colour on both sides - 12 pt cardstock

5x5 Tri-fold announcements are professionally printed in  full colour on BOTH sides and open up to 5x15 
qty 36        $3.75 each
qty 48+      $3.50 each (additional cards must be ordered in quantities of 12)

Shipping charges will apply to all  printed orders.  Envelopes included.

There is no additional custom design fee on any printed orders. Feel free to describe what you'd like
me to create for you!

Payment accepted in CDN and U.S. funds. International buyers welcome!

Using Professionally Taken Photos

Please note, by requesting an order and sending payment you are acknowledging that you have permission to reproduce the photos you sent me to use on the design. Most Photo Labs will not print photos if they appear to be taken by a professional photographer or studio as it is illegal to do so without permission. They may ask for copyright release proof and you are responsible for obtaining permission from the photographer or studio to reproduce the images. Please do not send me photos you are not sure about or if you are still waiting for the copyright release from the photographer. If you have not selected your photographer yet, there are many who WILL let you do this, so ask first! I will not be held responsible if you are unable to obtain copyright release yet you still send me your order.

Once you've submitted this form, you will still need to send me your photos so I can begin the creation.  Only send the number of photos that your photo card needs.  Please choose your favourites and send me only photos that you would like to see on your custom photo birth announcement or invitation. If you have a preference for the photo's location in the layout, please specify that.

ONCE I HAVE RECEIVED YOUR ORDER FORM I WILL CONTACT YOU WITH AN E-MAIL ADDRESS TO SEND PHOTOS TO.

FREE PROOF.  Once you have approved your free proof, I will request payment via e-mail.
As soon as payment is received, I will send you either the high quality digital file of your custom photo card or I will ship
the printed photo cards that you ordered.  Custom creations must be paid for before designing begins.

Turnaround time is approximately 2-3 days for your first proof. Some days may be busier than others. Please expect a possible wait of 24 hours each time a request is made to change something in your proof as well. Shipping times on printed products will vary. Custom orders may take slightly longer depending on design.  RUSH orders -- please ask before ordering.

I accept  Paypal or  Interac e-mail money transfer.

Paypal has changed over the years and you DO NOT NEED A PAYPAL ACCOUNT   to send payment with Paypal using a credit card. 
All you do is enter your name and e-mail address and enter your credit card information.  There is no waiting period.  HOWEVER,
if you choose to link your bank account (debit card) to Paypal rather than a credit card, the waiting period is up to a week. 
Paypal calls this an e-check.

Interac Online can be used through most Canadian Banks.  Paypal can be used internationally.

Those are my only accepted payment methods as they do not require you to send me personal financial information, so they
are the SAFEST online methods of payment.
